Salary : $68,211 to $78,805 per annum

Are you interested in being part of an established, collaborative team of professionals? As part of the Intake and Assessment team you will be working with families and children assessing risk and providing support. You will work collaborative with First Nations as well as other resources.  Reporting to the Intake and Assessment Supervisor you would be primarily responsible for responding to initial referral information and assessment of client eligibility for child protection services, conducting investigations, assessments of child in need of protection, or at risk of abuse or neglect. 

The ideal candidate will  be able to work effectively with a team, as well as, independently; have a good knowledge of child welfare, strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to conduct risk and family assessments; to prepare affidavits or court documents and intervention services including investigations and core protection services.
